The service

My Dream Drawer is a private dream journal. You can record dreams with dates, mood and sleep ratings and themes, write your own interpretations, read a folklore symbol guide, and - on a paid plan - keep a life journal alongside each dream and use an optional AI interpretation chat. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have chosen.

The AI features are for reflection and exploration. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, they can be inaccurate, and you should not rely on them for any decision that matters. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential - you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@mydreamdrawer.io if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass anyone;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent who you are;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service - no malware, probing, penetration testing, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent limits, quotas or access controls;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or use the AI features to generate illegal, hateful or abusive content, or to attempt to bypass their safeguards.

Your content

Your dreams, notes, journal entries and tags remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, back up and process that content solely to provide the service to you - including sending the specific content you choose to an AI provider when you start an AI interpretation. You are responsible for the content you enter and for having the rights to it.

Our intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and everything in it apart from your content - software, design, the symbol guide and other written material, and our branding.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Dreamer Plus is offered as a monthly or annual subscription and includes a 7-day free trial that requires payment details. We ask you to confirm before your first charge is taken. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our refund policy for how to request a refund.

If you stop paying, your existing entries stay readable and exportable - we do not lock you out of what you have already written. Paid-only features such as life journaling and AI interpretation stop being available for new writing.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service running but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time. When access ends you may export your entries; after deletion, data is removed as described in our privacy notice.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
