Amy Criner offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Dreamer Plus. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request one, or email us at support@mydreamdrawer.io and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Trials and cancellations
Dreamer Plus starts with a 7-day free trial and we ask you to confirm before your first charge, so you should never be billed for something you did not choose. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Plan page in the app or through your Paddle receipt; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your journal after a refund
Refunding or cancelling never deletes your entries. Everything you have written stays readable and exportable from your account.
